Breakfast is served in the Bistro from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM and included in the room rates. Available upon request for apartment guests.
E-Bike/MTB
We offer e-bikes and mountain bikes, including options for children. Our facility also provides e-bike charging for guests.
Wellness
Wellness is a key feature of Passer. The wellness area is available for guests, with a sauna, a relaxation area with herbal teas, and a yoga/gym room.
Picnic
Upon request, we will be happy to prepare a lunch for you to enjoy outdoors and suggest beautiful spots in the forest, by the river, or by the lake.
Parlor
You can enjoy a lounge with a fireplace, where you'll find books in various languages and board games: a space where time doesn’t matter.
Parking
The property is located in the historic center, which is not accessible by car. There are several free public parking areas within a 150-200 meter radius.
Cooking Classes
Personalized cooking classes are available upon request. We’ll be happy to share the secrets behind preparing local dishes and traditional pantry sweets.
Excursions
We know the area well and will be happy to recommend walking or biking routes through villages, valleys, and mountains. We also have hiking poles available.

When can I check in and check out?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Is breakfast included in the price?
Breakfast is included for all room guests and is served from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Apartment guests have the option to enjoy breakfast at the property for an additional €12 per person.
Can I reach the property by car?
The property is located in a historic center with limited traffic access for residents only. You can reach the property on foot and use the free parking spaces available nearby (150-200 meters).
What is the pet policy at the property?
We are happy to welcome you and your pets for a small additional charge (€15) and based on availability and capacity. Please contact us in advance to arrange the details.
What does “fully equipped kitchen” mean for the apartments?
The kitchens in the apartments are equipped with all the necessary tools, including: kettle, double induction stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and all accessories to cook and enjoy your meals (cutlery, plates, glasses, cups, bowls, pots, etc.).
How does the sauna access work?
The sauna is available to all adult guests (18+) by booking a time slot on-site. It can be used from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Sauna entry is allowed only with a towel, and a shower must be taken beforehand (showers are available beside the sauna). Bathrobes and slippers are available—please inquire at reception for more information.
When can I use the relaxation and gym/yoga areas?
The two areas are open to adults only (18+), from 10am to 8pm.
Is there a bar service at the property?
Yes, there is a bar area at the entrance. Hours may vary throughout the year.
Can I walk to the center of Menaggio from the property?
Yes, Menaggio is easily accessible on foot via marked pedestrian paths (Menaggio and its villages).
Do you provide cribs and baby accessories?
Yes, we have cribs available for children up to 15 kg, high chairs, bath tubs, and footstool.
Are there hiking paths near the property?
Yes, starting from Passer, you can easily reach the Loveno woods with numerous well-marked trails, as well as the beautiful Val Sanagra.
Is the property accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Our building, being a historic property, does not have an elevator. People with reduced mobility can access the mezzanine rooms, one of which is equipped for disabled guests, thanks to a wheelchair lift. The other rooms and apartments are located on the first and second floors. All common areas are accessible, except for the sauna. If necessary, we are happy to assist and accompany you to the building.
